There are two verses I am going to use in order to conduct an experiment.

Instead, be concerned above everything else with the Kingdom of God and with what he requires of you, and he will provide you with all these other things.
I believe the Lord is calling me to divide my bi-weekly paycheck in half every time I get paid and separate that amount unto him and contribute that money to wherever he leads me.
The last time He led me to do this (it was never His will that I stopped, that was on me) I saw spectacular super-natural financial provision come into my life.
I'm expecting similar things this time as well.
I'm currently 38 years old and understand the ramifications of not prudently saving for retirement. I will do a post-year analysis of my finances 1 year from now which will show the growth of my brokerage accounts with no money added, vs what it would have been had I periodically added 1/2 my paycheck to the accounts and passively invested vs. investing where and when He tells me to with no money added.
